We provide in all our apartments, a detailed digital compendium customised to the specific apartment for guests to peruse during their stay, on any device of their choosing.
To ensure optimal service to asset owners, we have the best purpose built software platform, with 17 modules and over 120 screens, portals available to stakeholders including asset owners and others 24/7, and associated digital tools which are also integrated.
All data is secure leveraging Australian merchant facilities, and operating out of Amazon Web Services Australian based data center.
Apartment Stay provides a permanent rental management service in line with the Queensland Government licensed permanent rental process.
Apartment Stay offers its owners the ability to mix and match eg partial year in permanent rental, and partial year in holiday let, where it makes sense to do so, eg the Covid pandemic we switched some owners to permanent rental for a period of time through the low season to ensure they had revenue coming through.
At present 100% of our properties are in the Short Term Rental mode as there is very high demand and in the current market, maintain around 85-90% plus occupancy year round.
