Apartment Stay is a licensed real estate agent specialising in ROI focussed boutique property asset management and hospitality services, specialising in both short term and permanent rentals. We are based in Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast, and have been in operation for over 10 years. We focus on servicing asset owners and guests in the high end buildings including, amongst others, Circle on Cavill, Hilton and Soul Peppers.

We market our owners assets across several platforms including amongst others, Airbnb (where we are a SuperHost with over 1700+ reviews), Booking.com, Expedia Group, as well as our website.

OUR MISSION

To help asset owners earn higher returns on their assets leveraging our short-term rental management services. We provide an end to end service with ROI and transparency in mind, covering setup and styling of the property, marketing of the property, management of the pricing and rental of the property, guest management, management of housekeeping and maintenance amongst many others.
